Pulau Perhentian

10-12 february 2013 : i went to pulau perhentian with my friends for a camping. 12 of us went to kuala besut teremgganu by alza and a saga. We depart at 11.00pm and arrived at kuala besut at 9.00am, a tiring 10hoursof journey. we dont have any other choice, we need to take a speed boat to go to pulau, the rent is rm80 per person.

Sahih International

Riding a speed boat

Sea. im really amazed by His creation. The sea water looks like a smooth silk that is blown by a strong wind making them move in a wave.

riding a boat is painful if u r not used to it. its like we r doing sit up continously. stomach and our back will get hurt and aching. let me give u an example, its same with driving a car. boat is car, sea wave is the "bonggol". Its like we drive a car on a continous "bonggol", the car doesnt recovered from previous bonggol yet but we r forced to take another hit from another bonggol. then our body will be brought forward., same with riding on this speed boat. The wave is quite big too.

i embrace myself to take out my phone to take pic, scared that my phone will fall into the sea.

Snorkelling

on our second day, we went for snorkelling at 4 different checkpoint. a boat is rented with rm30 per person charge. My first time ever snorkelling. At 1st checkpoint, we need to learn first how to snorkelling and use the gadget. its really challenging for the first timer like me, we juz need to remain calm even if the salty sea water got into out throat >.< the coral and nemo-like fish is sooooo beautiful. My feet cant touch the ground so im floating at the surface of the sea. However, i can stood on the coral. My feet go a little bleeding, i dont know why, whether its bcoz the hard coral or got bitten by the fish inside the coral. haha

We r supposed to go peeking for turtle in the 2nd checkpoint, but the turtles are nowhere to be seen. saw 2 only, but then they ran away.

In the 3rd checkpoint, we went for a group of fish that move together. Hasan n me followed a group of fish everywhere like we are one of them :D

in the last checkpoint, there are yu!!! but its rather dangerous bcoz the wave is really strong and big. And the yu is hard to be seen under it bcoz i got drowsy by the wave.

Before we head back to our HQ, we went for a bath at a shore. refreshing water without any salt but a lot of people r there. Then we went to a fisherman ship and buy 3kg of squis that cost rm40 only. its rly satisfying!! The squid is so fresh and big!

1 thing that i learnt from this activity is swimming ability. now i can swim a little bit hehehe

Kayaking

after snorkelling, Hasan and Irham walk to a chalet to rent a kayak for rm40. then 12 of us kayaking 2 by 2. i am the last partner with Sobri, but he feels dizzy. So i go kayak alone, LONE RANGER... i send the kayak back to the chalet at 6.45pm. That night, heavy rain falls upon us after we play volleyball...
